Standard Return Policy:

The Bodhi Tree LLC happily accepts reasonable returns within 21 days of purchase for store credit. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at thebodhitreeky@gmail.com prior to returning your merchandise. Please note that sale items may not be returned.

Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition with all packaging, tags, etc. intact. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure that merchandise has been packaged securely. Using a traceable shipping method with tracking information is strongly recommended.

Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of The Bodhi Tree LLC. Store credit will be issued after returns have been received and inspected. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the merchandise, less any discounts and the original shipping charge.

Due to the specific nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. The following items are Final Sale:

  • Crystals
  • Apothecary products (skincare, bath & body, fragrance, essential oils)
  • Earrings
  • Herbal Bundles / Herbal Cleansing Sticks
  • Opened tarot/oracle decks (unsealed)
  • Drinkware
  • Gift sets & boxes
  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal/Holiday items
  • Sale items
  • One of a kind & vintage items

Missing or Damaged Items:

In the event that an item arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact thebodhitreeky@gmail.com with an accompanying photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be glad to assist you.

International Orders:

At this time, we do not accept international returns. All international purchases are FINAL SALE.

Price Adjustments & Changes to Payment Method:

We are unable to offer price adjustments or make changes to the method of payment used after an order has been submitted online or purchased in store. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we cannot refund the difference.

Any return without prior notice will not be accepted. Products must be unused, unaltered, and not damaged. The Bodhi Tree LLC reserves the right to deny any return if it does not meet our return policy conditions. We advise you to carefully review your order upon receipt. If you have any queries or concerns about your order, get in touch with our customer service team promptly.
