Shipping Policy
The Bodhi Tree LLC aims to process and dispatch all orders promptly. However, please note that shipping carriers may experience occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your tracking status does not update within a few days, rest assured that your order is still on its way. For inquiries about your package's location, status, or delivery, we advise reaching out to the carrier directly.
The Bodhi Tree LLC cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, for packages delivered beyond the estimated arrival date, or for any consequences of such delays.
Shipping Times:
We typically process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and aim to ship them within 3-5 business days. However, during high-volume periods or holidays, additional processing time might be required.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Kindly note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking status to update, depending on the carrier's schedule. Delivery estimates range from 2-5 business days depending on your location. However, these are estimates provided by the carrier and may change.
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is currently available for US orders totaling $100+ within the continental USA, and free in-store pickup is offered to local residents near our Louisville, KY storefront.

Due to our small team and limited resources, we currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, we may occasionally upgrade your shipping at no additional cost.
Packages Arriving Later Than Expected:
The Bodhi Tree LLC is not liable for delays, late delivery, or packages delivered beyond the estimated arrival date caused by the carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or Covid-19 disruptions.
Undeliverable & Return To Sender Packages:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders. If a package cannot be delivered by the carrier, is abandoned at pickup, or is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact the customer for a corrected address. If the customer does not provide an updated address or declines reshipment, a store credit will be issued for the total order value, less any discounts, shipping fees, and the initial shipping cost paid by us.
Refused Packages:
For any packages refused by the recipient and returned to our store, a $5.00 restocking fee and the cost to ship the package to and from the receiver will be deducted from any store credit issued.
Missing or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at thebodhitreeky@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged item if applicable.
Missing or Stolen Packages:
The Bodhi Tree LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen or go missing after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is secure. If your package is marked as "delivered" but is missing, we advise contacting your local post office or carrier directly.
International Shipping:
All international orders are FINAL SALE and shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Collect on Delivery (C.O.D). Duties, customs, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our pricing or shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility. These additional costs, if applicable, are to be paid upon receipt of, or in order to receive, your delivery.
Refused or returned international shipments are not accepted.
Local In-store Pick Up:
Local customers can avail free in-store pickup. Please select "Pick up" under the shipping section during checkout if you wish to collect your order from our Louisville, KY location.
